Kai is previously a Member of the Board of Directors of Thermomix where he was responsible for Global Marketing and Product Development initiating the digital transformation of an analog product in a smart digital appliance as the heart of a Digital Recipe Ecosystem which is now a widely recognized benchmark in the industry. He loves diving into a company’s DNA to understand its needs and opportunities to systematically research the roadmap of innovation and competitive advantage and then implement it in changes resulting in a profitable business plan. Kai specializes in transforming companies in a way which is inclusive of stakeholders across the board in an effort to move all parties towards a more sustainable business model.
